All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and appliances, shower units and necessary accessories, and have access to a terrace/balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea (most of the rooms), fairy-tale forest or the picturesque territory of the hotel with garden and pool. Each room has WiFi internet access and a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge and an individual set of dishes.

Since the restart in July 2017, it has immediately reached a very good occupancy rate (above 90% in summer seasons) and even in 2020 COVID year it was 28% in comparison with 12% average in Halkidiki region.
