Last summer UK-celebrity LES DENNIS rented the villa for his family and friends. He told us "This is a unique property and the pool is amazing!" It offers complete privacy.... there is only one (invisible) top-exclusive villa next to you. A tropical style gallery is integrated to the main house and keeps the house cool in the summer and dry in the winter. The main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is hundred square meter with a depth from 1.5 meter to 2,6 meter and is seen as the largest private pool of Lefkada. The maximum depth guarantees save diving from the diving board (which almost all pools don't offer). The pool is surrounded by large terraces and is only visible from the main house. The property has a wrought iron double swing gate giving entrance to the drive way to the buildings and the garage. The garage gives space to three cars and has a large storage loft. In total the property has 400 square meter natural stone terraces and at the entrance of the olive yard stands the original woodstove pizza oven with big barbeque. The property has an extra building capacity of 402 square meter. Lefkada is an island connected by a pontoon-bridge to the mainland.
