From its establishment as a small, hands-on team operating with paper maps, fieldwork, and word-of-mouth knowledge, Savills Greece has evolved into a nationwide network of certified professionals across Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete and Corfu. “Decades ago, during a trip abroad as we were trying to attract foreign institutional investors to see Greece's potential, one of them listened to our program proposal and said to me: ‘You are a H.O.T. agent’ and without leaving room for misunderstanding, he added ‘H.O.T as in Honest, Open-minded and Transparent”, recalls Konstantina Dotsika, COO of the company.

This mindset became part of the company’s collective DNA: a culture where people contribute, speak, challenge and listen. It carried the firm through three entirely different eras expansion, recession, and recovery anchored by a simple, non-negotiable truth: real estate is, above all, about people and people’s needs evolve faster than markets.
