Enaon Greece

Tailored refurbishment management for a landmark office building

We provided full project management services for the interior refurbishment of a landmark 7-storey office building on Mesoghion Avenue, Athens, with a total surface of approximately 5,500 sq.m.

The works were carried out according to the specifications of DEPA Infrastructure and Italgas, and were completed within a 7-month timeframe. With a total budget of €1,800,000, the project involved full coordination of design, permitting, and execution of construction activities.

NTT DATA Greece

Complete project management for the full renovation of corporate offices in central Athens

We delivered project management services for the full refurbishment of NTT DATA’s 900 sq.m. office in central Athens. The project included design coordination, licensing, and execution of all construction works, completed within a 3-month construction timeline following 3 months of preparation.

With a total budget of €360,000, we ensured seamless delivery, quality control, and adherence to all technical and regulatory standards.
