We were engaged to deliver comprehensive local and regional residential market research for Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa — a 20.5-hectare luxury coastal development featuring 199 rooms, suites, villas, and 76 branded residences. Leveraging our expertise in resort real estate, we developed a bespoke residential pricing strategy based on tenure, unit size, amenities, and location within the masterplan. By identifying target buyer segments and quantifying the brand-driven price premium, we helped position the project for a successful and competitive market launch.
Since the company's decision to participate in the Greek state's bidding process for the acquisition and redevelopment of the former Athens international airport, we have provided a multitude of strategic advisory services to Lamda Development S.A. for the €8 billion Hellinikon project.
