Grand Hyatt Athens Hotel

Acquisition advisory and support

We were engaged by an international real estate fund to assist in assessing the commercial viability of the possible acquisition of the Grand Hyatt hotel in Athens, one of the largest real estate transactions of recent years in the city. Our scope included the full Commercial Due Diligence of the operating asset, based on our extensive hospitality market research data, as well as the identification of any red-flag issues to be assessed prior to any Binding Offers placed for the asset.

Elounda Hills Project

Equity raising process

Further to our long-standing support to Mirum Group with a number of market feasibility studies and other development consultancy services in reference to the Elounda Hills resort project in Crete, we were instructed to undertake a formal process to find one or more equity partners to participate in the development of the project. In this context we carried out a competitive and transparent process to generate the maximum interest from credible investors who may be attracted to the acquisition of an interest in such a ground breaking project.
