The room showcases the original oven, a charming fireplace equipped with a wood stove, and an opening for the sterna (cistern). There is a cozy guest bedroom features a traditional ‘Moni’ - a raised sleeping platform that captures a sea view. Beneath the platform, ample storage space is available, making the room both functional and charming. Equipped with an air conditioner, this room ensures comfort year-round.
Bathroom with sleek concrete wash counter and sink create a modern aesthetic, while the simple yet elegant design of the toilet and shower make it functional and stylish.

The spacious hallway leads to the staircase which connects the first floor to the rest of the house.

Upper level:
The landing is home to a built-in kitchenette that doubles as an elegant piece of furniture. Featuring an electric cooktop, a small fridge, and a compact sink, it’s a provides the facility to have a separate flat for the first floor flat, without disrupting the room’s design flow. A fitted skylight provides additional light and offers a potential pathway to another spectacular outdoor space.

The Studio – Living space is the largest room of the house. Currently used as the artist studio, it gives impressive space with three windows giving beautiful light. It also serves as a third bedroom with a sofa which can be extended to a double bed.
