Preveza town is located at the mouth of Amvrakikos Gulf, in Western Greece. It is an area blessed with beautiful landscapes, green areas, great beaches, a rich history, ancient sites and monuments; in short you will find here numerous options for memorable holidays. Stroll along the harbour and the old town and see the beautiful traditional buildings; walk on the seaside pedestrian street and enjoy the island-like atmosphere; taste local dishes in a picturesque taverna or coffee shop which line the narrow slab-paved backstreets. Kanali beach is one of the longest beaches in Greece (about 13km) and it’s located next to the city of Kanali, in the middle of the bay, 10km away from Preveza. The beach is well-arranged, wide and sandy. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on it, it is never crowded because of its length and width. There are restaurants along the beach, and within the hotel Kanali there is a mini aqua park, which is a place where children can have fun.
