Residential Agent

Key Activities

• Being fully familiar with company’s existing property portfolio
• Researching constantly, on their own initiative, the property market and adding new properties in the portfolio
on a regular basis, while promoting the properties, as per the company’s policy
• Answer all incoming Expressions of Interest with professionalism within 24 hours from receipt.
• Conduct property viewings with clients as necessary
• Enter new client/property data in the system, in real time, with full and accurate details
• Making weekly and monthly reports whenever asked
• Establish the best possible communication with key market enterpreneurs and related professionals, in order to
promote company’s range of services and get client referrals
• Attend team and office meetings
• Availability to travel
• Full time working hours and time flexibility




Person Specification

• Have a high attention to detail and a good initiative level, be well organised
• Be a team player
• Be articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner and good report writing skills
• Show the ability to cross sell other services within Savills
• Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
• Have desire to progress and generate new business




Qualifications & Technical Abilities

• A relevant graduate / or post-graduate degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to deal with challenging mandates and coming with an increasing work load
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, negotiations, international and managerial skills
• Excellent verbal and written command in both the Greek and English languages
• Driving license
