Apartment renovation has been completed on April of 2025. It is designed by an architect into a modern and luxurious living space. Combination of modern design with atmospheric lighting and custom-made wood finishes and details created an outstanding elegant apartment. The apartment consists of an open space lightful living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom. High quality tiles has been placed in all floors and bathroom. New double-glazed frames with aluminum alloy placed. Electrical and plumbing infrastructure is made from scratch. Also, infrastructure for alarm system and electrical curtains are installed. Security door also placed for safety reasons. Each apartment’s area has been carefully designed in order to keep privacy for every user. For example, a desk can be placed in the bedroom and transform it into a working space. Apartment will be delivered full furnished and equipped.
