ACTIVITIES & WATER SPORTS The property has its own beach and comes with some water sports equipment as well as access to a water sports facility, where you can find sea kayaks, water skis, wake boards as well as windsurfing, snorkel, diving equipment kite surfing. Professional instructors are available for private training. On the property there are 10 bicycles for adults and children with extensive paths around the island to explore Private jogging and hiking trails Yoga lessons can be arranged on request

TRAVELLING & TRANSPORTATION Access to the island is easy and quick. It will take you 30 minutes from the Airport to the harbor of Rafina where you will have the option to: Book your own private yatch or speed boat with a captain to enjoy the nearby islands and arrange all the transfers to and from Athens (in about 30 minutes weather permitting from the port of Rafina to the island). Take the ferry boat to Marmari. After an hour trip you will arrive and be picked up by a hired boat that will take you to the property a mere 15 minutes away. Helicopter Transfer: There is access by helicopter next to the villa A direct transfer by helicopter may also be arranged the flight time is about 15-20 minutes. The whole trip can be less than 2 hours from the airport. Complimentary Concierge Services: The island concierge team can assist you with the booking of speed boats, private chefs, restaurant booking and visits to Athens museums, day cruise with a sailboat or a cruiser to nearby islands etc.

EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS An idyllic setting for events and festivities, with endless private space in which to entertain in a truly gorgeous natural backdrop. The isle is home to a private chapel. Weddings and christenings, birthdays and special celebrations situated on a small hill, just before an open bay that looks out to the sea. We have a special advisory service which can set up events in-house for up to 70-100 guests or we can recommend event planners and caters to assist you with your dream celebration.
