The hotel complex is built at the top of a small hill overlooking the idyllic town of Lixouri, in the island of Kefalonia.
The hotel unit is built on a flat piece of land covering an area of 7.672,96 sq.m. The total built up area of the main building covers an area of 1.995,00 sq.m. and it extends on three levels. It consists of 52 rooms, out of which 43 are rooms with balcony and 9 of them is what we call family rooms with garden. As well as the main hotel building, the complex offers six wonderfully decorated spacious villas with fully equipped kitchens and their own private garden, overlooking the swimming pool and olive tree garden. The built up area of the villas covers 200,14sq.m. There are three blocks each one of them divided into two equally plots making in this way six independent villas. Each villa has a "private" garden/rest area of about 10sq.m. There is also a basement used as a storage room of 66,71sq.m.
The architectural design of the hotel complex can be described as a piece of art and the structural specifications that are applied is according to the highest standards and they comply with all regulations about safety and hygiene. On the 7.672,96 sq.m. land plot there is a swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, pool side bar and a playground. The land is planted with grass and other trees and an area of approximately 2.000sq.m. is planted with olive trees.
