on the instructions of SONAE SIERRA S.A. and ROCKSPRING PIM
Savills has been appointed advisor to “Larissa Shopping Centre S.A.” (joint venture of Sonae Sierra and Rockspring PIM) as regards the relaunching of Patheon Plaza Shopping Centre (GLA 27,100 sq.m.).
Client brief:
- Assessment of the current situation of both the shopping centre and the local market of Larissa (through interviews with present and past retailers)
- Research of local retailers operating shops in the Larissa town centre to identify potential interest from their side to enter the centre and under what terms and conditions
- Submission of a full new business plan for approval by the BoD of the owner
- Relaunch of the centre both nationally and locally and reletting c. 35% of the existing GLA (c. 11,500 sq.m.)
- Letting the new phase of the centre measuring c. 4,500 sq.m.
- The asset workout should be executed within a period of 12 months
