The total surface of the building is 224.90 m2. First floor is fully completing as the building permission and ground floor is being used as covered parking for 3 cars and storage place. Apple & Cherry trees are planted to the plot. The plot has 12.395,20 m2, full fenced by galvanized iron pipes and barbed wire 4mm thickness. The height of the fence is 2.00 m. The building permission has been approved on December of 2004. The construction of the building has started right after the approval and fulfilled on September 2006.

The building is made by reinforced concrete, the walls are made by bricks and the roof is made by traditional thick wooden logs visible from the house, covered by tiles. The walls, the roof and the floor have thermal isolation succeeded by the use of rockwool and polystyrene. It is fully equipped and furnished with handmade furniture such as walnut tree for saloon, iron handmade double bed. The kitchen has clothes washing machine, gas oven and hot plates plus, electric hood.
