The space also included a garage which will keep vehicles cool in the summer and safe from outstanding weather conditions in winter. The garage has two separate spaces which can be used for the storage of large items/ tools and can function as a wine cellar. The space comes with a washing machine and dryer thus creating a marvellous and protected laundry room. Beyond the parking and storage rooms, we see the garden.
