Magnificent panoramic views twin villas
Two stone-built villas situated on a hill above Rethymno offering a panoramic sea view
Like a natural extension of the mountain itself the two villas are made of stone. Each of them has wooden beamed ceilings and tasteful furnishings and features a spacious living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds, all with individual balconies) and a bathroom. On the second floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms (both with 2 twin beds, all with individual balconies) and a bathroom. On the basement of the first villa there is a large dining area a kitchen as well a bathroom (with two toilets) and a shower with easy access to the pool area. On the second villa there is a bedroom with a bathroom and the playroom area with another bathroom.
On the outside, within the 8,020 sq.m of fenced private land, you will find an 85 sq. m. swimming pool and a nice bbq area.
Basking between the commanding bastions of its 15th-century fortress and the glittering azure waters of the Mediterranean, Rethymno is one of Crete’s most enchanting settlements. Its Venetian-Ottoman quarter is a lyrical maze of lanes draped in floral canopies and punctuated with graceful wood-balconied houses, ornate monuments and the occasional minaret. Crete's third-largest centre has lively nightlife thanks to its sizable student population, some excellent restaurants and a worthwhile sandy beach right in town. Pikris is a tiny village right above Rethymno Bay. It nestles within the wild and romantic valley that lines with the Pikris Creek. Stavromenos beach is 6 km away from the villas, while the scenic City of Rethymno is 16 km away. Within 1.5 km you will also find Arkadi Monatsry, UNESCO’s European Freedom Monument and symbol of Cretan bravery. You have also easy access to a bakery and a super market.
