You can enjoy the tranquillity as well as the lovely view from the upper-level balcony or relax in the furnished porch right next to the entrance perfect for al fresco dinning and BBQ. The lower level features a master bedroom with a direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the garden (where eventually a pool can be placed) and a large bathroom with bathtub. Three steps lower you will find the linen wardrobe and ironing area as well as a folding treadmill. At this level there is a door opening to the garage area and to the garden.
